i think rugby players of this generation spend far too much time in the gym, bulking up, and should spend more time practicing skills. I feel like the rugby of the 70's, 80's and 90's was much more exciting and of a higher quality. It appears that rugby is mainly focused on defence and big hits these days, rather than flair, sidestepping, and running rugby. It's much more exciting to see a player weave through men rather than try and smash his way through them.

im 14 and i do explosive weight traning and i want to go pro in rugby i play for my county which is norht yorkshire in the uk and im a winger look at my vids and if any1 has any tips to improve please send me a message i would appreciate it greatly thanks

Fecking hell that some training.. I'd love 2 do that i'd be fucked after it.. but u wouldn't long be strong and explosive after a few week of that training and thats what i want.. that kinda training..
