This is my new bike, and i got another 450r because i found my Kx a little boring after selling my '06. Mostly stock other than: Pro Moto Billet insert silencer, Trail Tech Flywheel, Works Connection skid plate. Great bike, very different than older generations '05-'08. Feels slimmer and better-handling than my old 06. Also, what would be a nice graphic kit to go on this bike? Suggest something if you want, thx

  • @Schick2583 Hmm makes sense. thanks, I'll definitely try that!

  • Just a little secret for this bike. If you prime the efi with 2-3 slow kicks then bring the kickstart to TDC(top dead center) and give the bike one good hard kick it will start just about everytime on that kick.

  • @HondaRiderPR14 Hey it's CRF150man06, and it is the same button with the light, but the 2009 CRF450 got it first in the intentions to indicate is there is any problems with the Fuel injection. On the 2012 Kx450F it has a regular kill switch AND this button w/ light for the Launch mode, which is intended for race starts

  • Dude ! U gotta tell me what was that little light in the left sude of the handle bar. It looks just like the 2012 kxf450....

  • you should get the sunline un breakable clutch lever

  • @themadhouse209 Oh ok so i basically bought it with roughly 5hrs on it and so far i've put around 20, it still handles and feels the same as the day i got it

  • @CRF150man06 thanks i was asking how easy it starts up hot and cold, and compression isnt a problem for me.when i said if it had been ridden a whike i meant put some hours on it.

  • @themadhouse209 Well for starting it's a 450f, so the thing obviously has a ton on compression when starting it, but when it's hot or cold it starts easy, have never had a problem with it. And handling on it is great, i dont know what you mean after its been ridden for a while though..

  • @CRF150man06 how does it handle after it has been ridden for a while?does it start easy?

  • @themadhouse209 The 2009. EFI makes a huge difference and the 2006 seemed as if it were fit for someone 200+ pounds with all the crazy torque that machine had. The 09 seems tuned down in a good way, with usable power that won't rip your arms off....but that's my opinion though, the big guys probably like the older generation better.
