@p9142 no, if UMPC sees that car is moving it jumps out of the car to make the driver stop

To answer everyone's questions, it should work while the car is moving because there's no interface between the UMPC and the car which tells the UMPC when the car is moving...and shuts off the UMPC's screen.
Most (by the law, all) card multimedia LCD decks should automatically stop playing DVD's and other video when the car's moving. This setup in the video is different - imagine your laptop is in your passenger's lap, and they're watching TV received from a USB tuner or a video file.
