amen. so true what you said about young mma fans. most people that like UFC like it for the wrong reasons. the most impressive fights are usually when one person goes unscaved. Here's to technical fans!

It's like with Doom and Deus Ex - in one you just go balls on the wall, shoot to kill - in the other one you can take alternate routes, be tactical and so on.

Too bad they really did not engage in that fight... but the main thing is that... I guess once you get the fans used to knocking the shit out of people, 5 round dodge and parry don't sit well with them.

I completely agree with you anderson fought a great fight, he did what he was suppose to do. The new fans of the MMA world must understand that this is a perfessional sport not a scripted act. If the fans want to blame someone blame Thales for being a pussy and not wanting to fight. I also think that alot of the blame should go to dana white for picking these sorry unworthy fighters. He is better than anyone in the middle weight, and dana is a bitch for saying that he is embarssed of anderson.

also Silva may not even be let to defend his belt again after than. Havent you seen Dana's reaction to this fight? Anderson doesn't care at all about fans. But the thing that really got to me is that he tried to make Thales Leites look bad. Clearly it was Anderson's fault!

BOOOing is freedom of speech but yes sometimes its over done but this time I agree with the booing just like the Cote fight. Anderson replaces Machida as the most boring fighter. At least do what Machida does and I hate Machida but throw punches and then run away but at least throw punches.

I agree why would you do what the ohter persons strenght and only way of victory for the oponent. BUT when he tried to make it a fight and go at thales he got taken down thats why he was so tenetive, so it just proves that Anderson isnt this great fighter who demolishes everyone. His last two fights prove he is overated. GSP will fight him and GSP will win.
