What you're seeing is a collaborative singing video comprised of 4 guys from three different countries to form a virtual quartet (from left to right):

Alto - Danny Fong - Canada ( http://www.youtube.com/daniscool99 )
Soprano - Jean-Baptiste Craipeau - France ( http://www.youtube.com/jbcraipeau )
Bass - Evan Sanders - United States ( http://www.youtube.com/user/strad43 )
Tenor - Andrew Kesler - Canada ( http://www.youtube.com/andrewkesler )

The song is "Almost Like Being In Love", a jazz standard by Frederick Loewe and Alan Lerner. This vocal arrangement is done by the renowned vocal jazz group "New York Voices". You can hear them singing it by clicking this link: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NAW4DJbRT3I

The transcription of this song was done by Evan and Jean-Baptiste.

We recorded the audio part by part, finishing with me. I then edited and mixed the song in Logic Pro. NO PITCH CORRECTION USED! We all then filmed our parts separately in front of home-made green screens, and then I edited the video in Final Cut Pro.

HUGE thank you to my older brother Joel (www.joelkesler.com) who filmed me and helped me with the video editing!

  • @rienkspeelman I'm sure it's part of Youtube's next update

  • Andrew, I found this in the likes of the channel of one of Hollywood's greatest music arrangers ever. Back in the 60s he worked with teen idols & created pop hits for them while at the same time creating lush beautiful-music instrumentals for their folks & grandparents. Just wanted you to know you made a big impression on a consummate professional. his name is Perry Botkin, channel ID perrybotkin. Congrats on a job SUPERBLY done, you DESERVE over 6000 subs !!! You'll hear more from me! chuck

  • @chkjns thanks Chuck!
