The evening honored classic ballet russe dancers: Andrei Tremaine, George Zoritch, Marc Platt, Victor Moreno and Paul Maure. Special Thanks to Natasha Middleton, Artistic Director of Media City Ballet.

Hey, funniest thing about ballet is--the men have it easier in ballet, but ballet is easier for the women. The "great sport" is really for them. It was made really for them. Ballet is becoming more unisex. The men don't just leap and carry the women around. The women do a lot of the same things the men do and vice-versa. Ballet's evolving, becoming more like modern dance. The boys are doing a lot of those quad-pirouettes and solos. It really is a partnership... now.

Terminator, I was a weightlifter/jujitsu practitioner for years, and now I'm taking ballet classes. If one of my buddies make fun of me, they are thrown on the ground and pounded by a ballet dancer!
