there were no swords like that in 0:38... typical sword of Order Knight was simple type XI, XII or XIIIb (following Oakeshott's typology) with round pommel.

Knights of Malta & Knights of St.John what r u saying? B4 the great siege of Malta the Knights Hospitallers of st.john were given Malta & its title is the soverign Order of Saint John of Jerusalem, of Rhodes and of Malta, better known as the Sovereign Military Order of Malta, they'r not 2 different orders.

Tnkx for the history lesson, no one knew that. we r all idiots & u'r the Mr. wise ass. By reenactoring the knights templars doesn't mean that they weren't disbanded by the bloodsucking pope, these r reminders of what once the templars were & did u moron, just like reenactoring all the once were warriors from all over the world.
And the most important thing that is old almost 10-year-old prescription of a photo. Now all corresponds to the historical validity much more precisely.

Steel protection of feet is known under many medieval images and sculptures. The bible Matsievsky, bas-reliefs of "knights" in Temple and in Spain. Yes, it not an everyday occurrence. But, unlike plate protection of hands it met and prior to the beginning of 14th century.
