New Delhi, December 10 (ANI): For a better understanding of public diplomacy and its increasing importance vis-a vis traditional diplomacy in the emerging world, India's Ministry of External Affairs has organized a two-day conference on 'Public Diplomacy in the Information Age' in New Delhi on Friday. On the first day of the conference, Foreign Secretary Nirupama Rao and Member of Parliament and former minister Shashi Tharoor addressed the audience.
