I think single to a power double is a lot more effective and secure.

@slayerA0D the point isn't to be "looking" for this technique. because yah that is much safer. i think the optimal time to use this would be if someone threw in a wizard as soon as you go for your high crotch. + his head was on the inside . so in this scenario it was open but your right that would be much safer normaly

@ViETxSOULJAx i was just wondering that....because tech your still holding on so it cant count as a throw...but its still a slam
