Star Trek DS9: Episode 576 What You Leave Behind: Alternate Ending

I love DS9 but I found aspects of the conclusion to the Dominion War to be inadequate. One of the problems of the last episode was how the resistance team manage to storm Dominion headquarters. If the Dominion wanted to execute Broca then they could have done it inside the building without the need to open the outside door which breached security and allowed the resistance to enter HQ. It seems an example of mass stupidity by the Dominion.

I actually wished they hadn't killed Damar, he may have been a Cardissian, but he was O.K. I just thought of something, maybe I stretching but if he had lived, you think he and Kiera would've hit it off? Odo's gone so....

I suppose the reason they didn't kill broca inside because that would just leave a nasty stain on the dominion's carpet that would just be impossible to get out. lol.
