  • I love this fucking guy, he's the shit

  • I'm a BRAZILIAN JIU JITSU blue belt, and I like this guy. I studied Wu Hao style Taijiquan and Northern Long Fist Kungfu for 6 years, and had to try to figure out applications on my own. I finally got fed up and went to BJJ to find something less ambiguous. I was surprised to see how useful the skills I picked up from push hands and chi na training during by Kungfu days, and how the listening skills made me a menace on the mat early on, and still help me today. BRAVO, Sifu Wong!

  • jajajajjajajaja mma the best

  • When you learn the slow version of Tai Chi, can you do this like master Wong, because he is awesome

  • They always forget to show you that once your opponent is on the floor...you should run in the opposite direction....

  • Surprisingly similar to Kuzushi-Waza, present in Japanese and Ryukyuan systems.

  • I think Kungfu Panda would destroy him!

  • @tribexa I couldn't agree more!

  • @nevonja No it is not "better" just different. take both. hard style Tai Chi is an excellent way to learn flow, countering, re-directing attacks, and managing ones on energy. Of-course there are many other qualities; so take both. As an expert and veteran fighter I always advice Martial Artist to master at least to contrasting styles, like Kung Fu and Judo or Karate and Tai Chi, etc.

  • is this bether than wing chun?

after watching this video i got a dilema -.-

  • FATALITY !!

  • I've been doing Tai Chi for years but have never used it to fight. None the less, I think if I ever had to I am conditioned enough to defend myself.
