City Council set recall election date for Nov 8 2011 Part 2 of 3.mov

Jasper City Council finally signs the dotted line to set the recall election date for November 8, 2011 but only after being threatened with a contempt of court charge which can carry a $500 fine and or confinement. This was after the 9th Court of Appeals in Jefferson County affirmed the petitions were valid and under the current Jasper City Charter, it had to move forward with the recall election
