What kind of SD card did you use? Class 6? I use a Class 4 and in burst mode, it slows down at about the 5th or 6th shot.
-
i meant "spinning the wheel to the left". Anyway.. use the wheel until the exposure is as low as possible. The video shooting mode starts with a fixed higher exposure which causes that dimming right when the video is starting to record.

I have a question, Everytime i record a video with my pentax the light gets dimmed by alot, do u know why that is? or have any solutions?
-
i didn't understand what's the point of the video.. does the batteries last a long time? or they can't b used after all that. . ?

I use eneloops in mine every day, typical shutter count on a charge is around 900 with intermittent flash usage. Get a better charger.
-
bad charger easilly degrades 2000mAh batteries into lazy 500-600mAh dead ones. useless video, sorry
-
Never tried the eneloops, but had some problems with 1800mAh rechargeable batteries with a digicam, so i upgraded to 2400.
-
They are great still though. VERY good for stuff that uses little power every now and then like remotes and door bells etc.. They don't lose power fast like normal rechargeblew do.
2000mah only? i thought they were way more powerful. i have 4x2400 and probably some 2800s lying around.

Perhaps I should try those 2800s. I usually bring one extra set of Eneloops and a set of Lithiums. If I am discipline enough to charge those 2800 before every outing then they should outperform the Eneloops.

4 x 2,000mAh @ 1.2V = 8,000mAh @ 4.8V

4 x 2,000mAh @ 1.2V = 2,000mAh @ 4.8V since the batteries are in series (ie electrically "end to end").
