Dr. Anna Maria Clement goes into detail about the wide variety of uses for wheatgrass. She's a fantastic and enthusiastic presenter! Be sure to check out the entire lecture :)

  • That's fantastic! You've got real initiative :)

To sprout chia you soak it overnight in water (approx 1 part chia to 9 parts water). It forms a gel and you can spread this gel onto a natural fiber cloth (this sprout doesn't work in a jar). Then you get it wet twice a day (morning and evening), not so wet that the seeds fall off the cloth though.

So if the cloth is on a baking sheet for instance you'd lightly flood the baking sheet and gently drain it so that the cloth is made damp.

  • zak you got me started on sprouting--i got my sprouters today--the glass kind--i want to start from chia

have you spouted chia--i was reading about chia and how much energy it gives you--waw

any tips i appreciate;i see the seeds are so small--
