  • @HMSDaring1, the A-10 is an attack aircraft, it performs close air support, and can kill tanks, and it can bomb stuff, but it mainly uses its large gun as im sure you know. i dont think its a fighter, and the A-10 is about 40years too i believe. it also does EW stuff too. i dont really understand what the F-35s main role is lol

  • @105Raptor How many years has the A-10 been in service, it looks like an old design but its very nice, i just don't understand what the A-10 is, a bomber or a fighter or what? And i think that both the A-10 & F-16 are very good aircraft! And plus, if the US gets the UK's money, the UK actually pays less because of the currency rate ( but not for long anyway) I do like the harrier but it along with many other aircraft, or they should be re-built or just replaced! Eg. the Tornado +40 Years old

  • @HMSDaring1, idk, i think the F-35 is a pretty big waste of money. the harriers a fine jet, and the A-10 does its job very well, and i think its supposed to also replace the F-16, which has done its job for a loooong time. 1 jet to me, cant replace the job of 3 or more jets. but if the RAF wants, thats more money for America lol

  • @105Raptor at this stage you should probably realize how much i want the UK to have the Raptor, I was reading that the RAF was considering the Raptor instead of the X-35, because for the RAF it works out cheaper to have a fighter, and a bomber mixed into one, but the Royal Navy insists in buying the X-35 so the RAF ( they share the same £4 Billion) had to accept that they couldn't buy two separate fleets of aircraft! The X-35 isn't a bad idea because like the Harrier they can land anywhere

  • @HMSDaring1,you again lol, i was just about to explain what i told you on that other video lmao, nvm then

  • I hope the RAF buy 20 of these stunning aircraft, If i owned the RAF i would have ordered 20 Wedgetail B737's, 500 F-22 Raptors, 500 X-35 Fighters, 100 AC-130 , 100 C-17 and a couple of F-18

  • 737 AEW&C does not use AESA or PESA. The 737 AEW&C used MESA aka Multirole Electronically Scanned Array is an advanced radar able to track airborne and maritime targets simultaneously with outstanding performance in terms of range, tracking and accuracy. Besides, MESA also features integrated identification friend or foe functions. Northrop Grumman developed MESA to fit into 737 mid-size aircraft.
