all rg prestige models are with same truss rod and that the big problem if you want some bigger strings... my trus rod was broken and need some replacements... everything is okey by rg series but the truss rod is problem

The prestige line was introduced in 2001, but Paul is correct about the RG series as a whole starting in 1987
