Sudan needs help!

We could be any religion... Catholic, Christian, Muslim, Jewish, or even atheism, but we all believe in one thing, Morals, Deciding what's right from wrong.

Most people know very well that genocide is a wrong, but some people do it anyways, so it must be stopped. Thousands of people in Darfur Sudan died, millions displaced.

This is an act from their own government. Their reason? It is because the people supposedly refuse to be Muslim. And so they say. In actuality that might not really be the case, for all we know something of value and greed might have been discovered in the villages.

A true Muslim would believe in "love for another". As quoted from a Muslim girl named Asunta from the book They Poured Fire on Us from the Sky by Alephosion Deng's side of the story.

As Men, Women, and children have to worry about government attacks, they have to worry about starvation, dehydration, and illness as well. To make things worst, The Sudan government doesn't want other countries or organizations to help these victims. This means to make every effort to keep out the United Nations, the Media, or any other form of possible peacekeeping outsiders.

So what can we do to help? Introducing One.org. A non profit campaign that consists of information to fight against extreme poverty as well as fight global aids and save lives.

Sign the declaration as a pledge that you will commit to helping the lives of others in extreme poverty. Check out one.org's partner websites, such as the hunger site, where you can click a button everyday that will help feed the hunger. If you have a myspace, Add one.org's account as a friend to keep up with information when you're online.

If you have heart, time, and you pity those who are suffering today. Please do something for them, anything can help. You can be a hero; your help can save lives.

So why are Mohammedan fanatics like Osama declaring holy war? Was Abu Musab al-Zarqawi, the leader of al-Qaida in Iraq, a figment of our collective imaginations? If you are a moderate Muslim, then you must CLEAN UP YOUR OWN HOUSE. Telling non-Muslims how really great the Qur'an is, while fellow Islamists interpret the word of Muhammad any way they see fit, is disingenuous at best and shameful at worst.

this video really inspired me. a couple of days ago people also came to talk to my grade about helping people. i was thinking about things i could do to help, and this video really made me think. I now am trying to organize a rally to help darfur. we should all try to help.

Not necessarly but bad morals can come from a bad religion!! Read the coran and if you follow what it said you kill "the unfaithful". Sura 5,51 . so, it depends on how litterly you obbey the coran and how despirate you want to go to Islam paradise. So, where do u get your standard of morals? Who sets the standart of good morals?

Its a sad chapter of human history but not a unknown.You say we all have morals!!??? Yes but not everybody has the same standard of morals. Muslms do djihad as their coran tells them to do. If their is no jews or christians to fight they fight among other muslims, example Sudan or Algeria!!

How can you say that? The Sudanese have to deal with horrible things. Killing over water. Children kidnapped and sexually abused. True some organizations are not getting the money the the right places but there are some that are helping. You don't hear about these things because its not on the news. The US and the UN are ignoring this becuase they do not have any resources that we want.
