i work at a small processing plant in Co and have to admit most meat is scary!! i myself am a vegitarian, however i think locally produced, processed meats can be very safe and very good. @ our plant humane treatment and food safety are number 1. just keep it local, know where your food comes from, meet your farmers and ranchers!!
