I've been watching various Cook bios this morning and I'd just like to say a word on behalf of Jonathan Miller, whose insights about Cook seem to me perfectly valid and not bitter or resentful. Miller is a brilliant and accomplished man who has nothing whatever to be bitter about.

Just came upon this series here in LA. I'd found the "End of the World" sketch from Beyond the Fringe to post on this supposed last day (May 21). that lead me to this. Was a huge fan of Peter Cook's. Beginning in high school. Was very happy to hear Dudley Moore's point of view. Cook's work is still the benchmark for intelligent sketch comedy, I think, surpassing Nichols and May, and inspiring the controlled chaos of John Cleese's brilliant Fawlty Towers.Thanks so much.

cant remember your name, but the old chap with the white hair, brown jacket (think was once a collaborator with P.C.) just sounds so bitter and resentful of him. Think he's got a bit of a chip on his shoulder and wants to set in stone this myth that Peter was a tragic figure. I'd recomend watching Stepen Fry's video when he puts all the P.C. 'haters' in their place.

Thanks for the upload, I really enjoyed watching this. There were some bits of footage I'd never seen before, like 'Mini-Drama', and it's always interesting to hear what the likes of Jonathan Miller and Ian Hislop have to say. Good also to hear from Cook's first wife Wendy. By the way - where's Part 8? I couldn't find it.

@frogandpeach1 I'm sorry I missed your comment. Thank you. Yes part 8 is up if you haven't already seen it. Fortunatley I had ripped the videos from youtube before they were taken down. Yes Miller always has insightful comments and is a good contrast to Hislop who has a much younger take on Peter.
