Back In The Day Of NiMh And Brushed Motors... Last Summer I Geared All The Brushed Motors To The Shit And We Ran A 'Indurence Race' It Was Sooo Funny. 5 Of Us Going,.. Uh Ohhh Whos Blowing Up.... POOOOF!! (= The One Was So Funny. The Windings Started Melting And Shorting Out And Was Making The 19 Act Like A 5 Turn... Lasted For About 10 Seconds Then POOOF!

you think thats fast you should see my 12th scale run with 27 turn old stock legal motor with a lipo2 cell battery1800 mah 7.2 volts, i wont say what gear im useing cause i put it on long ago and dont remember the gearing but the factory boys use 24-96 a 4.00 ratio on all tracks in doors and out carpit too, not sure why thay never change gearing i think all the tracks are the same size, ROAR and IFMAR tracks at championship races,

oh and gearing also changes your top speed. What spur and pinion are you running? and what pitch?

we were running foam tires. Foam tires definitely helps with traction. The problem with them is that they wear down fast and they aren't cheap.

@freakystylecars1 everyone was running a different roar leagal 19t...a lot of them were running Chameleon or Komodo 19 turns. Well those are all NIMH batteries...some 3300 and some 4200. The classes were almost too relaxed as far as rules

pretty much any 19t that is roar legal. as for ESC's the cyclone, cyclone TC, and the GTX seem to be the most popular there
