Very old black and white TV commercial with some camp appeal.

  • @boblackey1 No. I have asthma. I've had it all my life, both my parents smoked, but the both quit over twenty years ago. Plus we live in a bad area, the south. You have to have air conditioning in the summer, because it's so hot and humid.

  • @Sheri451 I remember having a doctor when I was a kid who smoked. Did you ever smoke?

  • @boblackey1 I saw the commercial on YT. My parents told me that my pediatrician smoked in the office when I was small. I think that's what killed him too.

  • @Sheri451 Have you seen the old commercials for Camel cigarettes? They are done by DOCTORS. The latest survey of doctors in every part of medicine shows that more doctors smoke Camel's than any other cigarette! One of my father's uncles smoked and still lived to be 96 so there are exceptions. But he was in bad shape with coughing and shortness of breath the last 20 years of his life. Henry Crawford Lackey 1881-1976 smoked for 80 years but it finally killed him.

  • @boblackey1 Yes it was, cancer is a very painful thing to go through. People didn't know back when they made this commercial how bad cigarettes were for you, especially the unfiltered ones like your boss and my boss smoked.

  • @Sheri451 Must have been an UNlucky Strike for you boss. My boss also died of lung cancer and smoked More cigarettes. He was 58.

  • Donald Draper definetly didn't make this add

  • @jimbobhk2009 that right!

  • After viewing this,I think L.S.M.F.T means "Lotta Strange Mutha F----n' Tobacco"
