NYC Dept of Health Driver Endangers me with wild driving-

At the beginning of the vid you see where I have to go on my bike, passing a double parked truck. I am on the double yellow when this clown passes me on the left when he should be behind me.

He stops a block down to fight about it, leaving his vehicle running unattended in traffic with the door open in the traffic.

On top of it, he's in the hydrant. Daily experience in NYC, rude arrogant city workers, all backed by the police, the reason for such rudeness

They certainly don't fear the Dept of Investigation

Yeah, if this asshole did this shit in the Midwest he'd have his license revoked. If he did it in Texas he'd have some gun toting hick asshole shoot him. I wish this guy lived in Texas.

Do some research before you open ur mouth clown ,most of city or county vehicles can and will park on red and can stop anywhere on the road ,and plus they dont need to explain why,and if he left the door open is for his safaty to run back in after you tryied to beat him up with ur camera .
