  • If you had used a C11-5 motor rather than the C6-5, the rocket would be much more stable and would go the desired height. Also, the C11 is a very loud motor which just makes the experience more badass

  • the reason why the rocket tilted: the big daddy is the heaviest estes rocket kit on the market (circa 5.3 oz). It is meant to be launched with more powerful motors that have larger nozzles which allow for more thrust and a higher weight threshold. (Basically, bigger motors lift bigger rockets) the C6-5, although powerful, is grossly underpowered when placed into a Big daddy. At takeoff, the big daddy did not gain enough airspeed to allow for a stable flight, so it tilted.

  • with the c's you should use a 3 second delay because the big rockets don't get too high
