  • 105 is too skinney try 125 pounds or 130 cuase ur very tall

  • your goal weight of 105 lbs is rather unrealistic to be honest. Set yourself realistic goals. Im 2 inches shorter than u 5"4' and 2 years ago I went from 140 lbs to 105 lbs and I looked like a skeleton. So you would look emaciated at 105 lbs!

  • Try to stay focused love. Im on the same path as you, have lost 6.2lbs in 4 days. Before I had my son, Lost 60lbs in 2 months. Its doable, but you have to be committed. Committed to eating healthy, commited to the videos, committed to taking responsibility for all your actions. Once you do, you will see major changes. Once you get tired of being tired, you will definitely get serious. Good luck sweetie

    Get witht he programme EXERCISE and cut down on yer grub jeez, i was enjoying these vids till like the 4 th one...i thought you were so brave but everytime another excuse and you feeling sorry for yourself..get a grip girl.

  • even if you do eat fast food, there are ways you can still eat healthy even at McDonald's or something. I personally love Wendy's because of their healthy sides like: small chili, side salad, baked potatoe, and their grilled chicken sandwiches with just meat, bun, and lettuce is really healthy. If they dont have low fat or non fat dressings, you can always bring your own from home. McDonald's snack wraps with grilled chicken & side salad is also pretty healthy compared to a Big Mac.

  • She needs to eat smaller portions 6 times a day. She's not eating right at all.

  • Don't do water fasting its dangerous ~ ask yr Dr. And you will gain faster at the end of the 'diet'.
