@RianTrace84 It's kind of the same principle, except that it just has small platforms and handles, rather than cars....so that way it can more easily pass over and under...and there are numerous safety devices (including a "head switch" for anyone who stays on too long going up) They're generally used in factories and the like. And they're always employee only (sometimes requiring special training before being allowed on them)

Dumbass. He is violating some of the basic rules of using those. One: both hands need to be free and you are not allowed to carry anything unless it is in your pocket. Two: hold on to the handhold which he isn't doing. I am surprised he didn't fall off backward.
