@samysasy419 You can count on it being affordable in China lol. People often get the stereo-typed impression that everything from China is cheap with low quality. Truth is, stuff from China depends heavily upon budget. The quality differs based on the money spent on development & production. You get what you paid for is very true-companies are using cheap labor in China to make more money hence the low quality.

@djprodikis Really dude? Do you really believe the apollo 11 missoin was fake? So you also think the American government lied about the five other missions that folowed after that? If that is the case, than how come other nations havn't denied the moon landing?
-
@FreedomLiberty21 Not likely, there is no way we can put a man on mars by 2020, were not even planning to go to the moon until 2025.

@soberek Obama isn't an asswipe, he has different priorities than other presidents like JFK. For instance, during JFK's presidency, the US was in a cold war with Russia, and the space race btween the to nation was the priority, they were not in a recession. The space shuttle program hasn't really improved or given any advancements in the last 30 yrs, so the billions of dollars spent on it is useless at this point. Instead, NASA is helping individual companies to develope their own spacecrafts.

Wooohooo!!!! As an American, naturally I was hoping that the US would be the leading nation in space travel, but ever since they discontinued the shuttle program, America became the last country that I wanted to lead in space. I hope the Chinese succeed, and I hope that I'll go into space in my life time. Just in case space travel isn't affordable in the near future, I plan to live to be a hundred ;)

@JDCoolMan21 You spelt grammar wrong, and sentences. Ha ha ha oh dear

they want to have a space program? i think they should concentrate on knowing how to drive first then move to flying a shuttle, i can only imagine them flying with their blinker on for 3000 miles before turning it off. haha.

Go! China, go!
For a country's first spaceship, the Shenzhou is truly remarkable. This is a spacecraft that will likely be, as the Soyuz is now, one of mankind's major workhorse crewed space vehicles for decades to come.
Good job, China!
