Scott Harper, Drunk and falling off a ladder.

Scott was living at Damon's place. While on an all day session they had an argument and fell out. Scott decided to leave the pub and go back to Damon's flat where he was staying. When he got there he realised that Damon had the keys. He then tried to climb into the flat's 1st floor window by using a large wheelie bin and some step ladders from the back of his van. Luckily, Damon had realised that Scott didn't have any keys so he had followed him home to find Scott about to fall off and captured the incident on his phone.
