Ethan at Jimmy's MX in Whiteright Tx. This was his first time there and he took a practice lap to get a feel for the jumps. After his first lap he started pressing a little harder when his engine locked up right before a little double. His front end took a dive into the back of the other jump. Knocked the wind out of him but he is okay. A tear down of the engine revealed a broken connecting rod. Sucks....

  • your clutch is gone. I had same problem( the basket and boss are notched) even with new fibres springs and steels it will keep slipping. the bike has way more power than on the video.

  • @THAUBSGaming No, the clutch is fine and was replaced @4months ago (entire basket and new fibers/steels). I pulled the engine and the clutch basket is barely notched after 4months. The bottom end of the crankshaft locked up in this video. (actually it was the big end of the connecting rod)

  • damn , i just got a kx 100 , never rode a dirtbike before , 7 years of atvs though, i hope this never happens

  • I'm still pretty much a beginner and my yz has a little too much torque for me. Is there anyway to reduce that to get a smooth powerband like on an rm85?
