I add this video to my playlist, EFT for PTSD . I want EFT therapists to know what type of attacks some civilians suffer (the TIs, Targeted Individuals). There are smaller models than the one shown here and I was hit with a radiation weapon 4 times one second at a time on the head while sleeping. I got up and had lost half my eyesight, i emailed my local police station the attack "off the record" & may go blind if hit again, they should know but no visits/questions This stopped the attack.

Ever heard of a faraday cage? It also takes extremely powerful microwaves or higher frequency RF to get through the upper layers of skin of a human. So basically you only get some pain.

This is nothing more than a microwave. Simple EMI protected materials would be completely unaffected by this. They are trying to create an EMP, which seems to have failed. As it states, computers are already being built as EMP resistant. This is a complete failure and a waste of a decent Van.
