Thanks Francis. Bought the last Solid Gold rigid fork available last month. Liked your review and wanted to try it out. Super happy with the conversion. Same setup - 1X9 rigid. Fast and predictable bike that keeps you alert. Plus a L size steel 29er that weighs 24lbs feels like cheating.
