A CABS team was accompanied by a film crew from the German current affairs programme Stern TV during this year's spring bird protection camp on Cyprus. The film shows the brutal methods use to trap protected song birds and how the conservationists sometimes live dangerously.
The programme was broadcast on RTL on 8 June 2011. You can now see the 10 minute report online - with English subtitles

@santonio122 η "κουλτούρα" των αμπελοπουλιών στην οποία αναφέρεσαι πριν 200 χρόνια μπορεί να ήταν αποδεκτή, σήμερα όμως με τα μέσα που χρησιμοποιείτε (υποθέτω ότι και εσύ κυνηγάς ή τρώεις αμπελοπούλια, το ίδιο είναι) ο αγώνας είναι ΑΔΙΚΟΣ για τα πουλιά. Αν συνεχίσετε έτσι θα καταστρέψετε τη φυσική ισορροπία των περιοχών σας και σε λίγα χρόνια δε θα υπάρχει πουλί ούτε για δείγμα και θα γυρεύκετε να βρείτε το λάθος. ΣΕΒΑΣΤΕΙΤΕ το περιβάλλον, χωρίς τζείνο ΔΕΝ ΕΙΣΑΣΤΕ ΤΙΠΟΤΕ

This people have to stay to their countries and solve the problems there and not to come in foreigners countries to cost troubles and trying to change the culture that is been here and 200 years. So if they bite them or k.... them for me is the same. They are not allowed to go to others peoples properties to damage thinks.
