Pinnacle StudioMovieBoxHD (510-USB) Xbox360 Pal-60 Test

Recently purchased a 'Pinnacle StudioMovieBoxHD' after hours of trying to get it to work I found collective information on the web and youtube to sort something out.

After some colour correction in after effects the end result looks pretty good, though it took a few steps to make it looks decent..

Willing to make a tutorial if lots of people request, like and fav this video.

hi, i've done all the steps but every times the screen freeze on pinnacle studio, and even if i do all the things in amcap, i don't see any f*****g colour

@FanaticMiLo you should tweak it in both.. i dont know what options you have available so the tweak should be down to you, i spent hours/day until i found the settings that worked best for me.

Yeah i checked and im quite sure its how your settings are.. tweak your audio capture settings and also your render output to be 1080 (even if its not recording in 1080) and you will end up with results like this:

1. download AMCAP, a quick google search will help you find this.

2. connect all your wires up like usual

3. run pinnacle.. go to import, make sure your running NTCS and not PAL

4. Start recording

5. open AMCAP, go to DEVICES, select your Capture-Card, go to OPTIONS, go to VIDEO CAPTURE FILTER

6. go to VIDEO DECODER, select NTSC_433 then select SECAM_B, click apply

7. your video will be recording in colour (looking blurry might i add)

8. once finished recording it will look better
