Not arguing just addressing the latest comment:
The song begs for a reply because it is confrontational. <-- That qualifies it as battle rap. If the song was a conversation it would not be one spoken in love or on the humble...... it comes off as over-righteous. Yes...we should stop being so materialistic as a culture not just rap. The song is negative. Just look at it from the prospective of a non-believer. Aren't they the ones this song is for?

Somebody get the wrong Idea about where this Video is coming from. Looking at from my point of view. This is just saying it's about the souls not about beefing. It saying people chasing the money not God but they doing in the name of God.

Im feeling the whole squad but the song is not my favorite nor do I think it is edifying in general. Sorry ma dude. I understand where you are coming from but battle rap is for the world not within the church. Who is the song for? Christian rappers? Non-believers? Who is this song directed to? Gospel rap doesn't even have that many stars. Reach Records and Cross Movement pretty much have the most market share. Anybody underneath them is even more underground. So again... who are you talking to?
