One Day More - Les Miserables

Irthlingborough Entertainments Society, 1999, at the Castle Theatre. This was a sort of 'songs from the shows' production. This is 'One Day More' from 'Les Mis'. Quality isn't great cos taken from old video.
The guy in Valjean's part got an audition for Les Mis after we did a workshop in London!. The moves are the ones they use in the show.

this guy doesnt have the right voice for valjean. same with marius. its a bit rushed also. it could have been much better.

Thanks for your comments, but funnily enough I did a Les Mis 'course' in London with the guy playing Valjean here and they invited him back to audition for Cameron McKintosh as VALJEAN! So obviously the director of Les Mis is wrong!?!!

Staging could have been better rather than pushing every character into the march sequence.

It's very easy to play that opening too fast - this entire show takes a very skilled conductor.
