Well IGN has no sense when they rate they mostly compare there games to the previus ones rather than rating the game itself.

Probably a moron that only like games like for children like super mario or sonic the edgehog, ect.
What's going on with IGN? they need be careful with the people they hire for final ratings. I already play the game today and its phenomenal great. This makes me think that every game that IGN reviews bad it means its a great game.
