  • Does this workout really work? Have u been able to lift more every week?

  • @brownbandito7 hey, havent been able to consitently do the program to go past my previous maxes so I cannot be certain, I am done recovering my thumb and soon I will start again and I will make a video announcing when I pass my maxes which should be in a little more than a month

  • Great job, the only crticism I would give is that you are dipping your hips lower than your knees, which is not proper form.

  • @nukemm33 thats actually not true, I am tryin to do a atg, low squat, or sumthing at least past parallel. Theres a misconception that squats below parallel are bad for you but its only if done wrong.

  • @brownbandito7 It works. I started out squatting 95lbs and ended stalling out at 260lbs. My bench went from 185X5 to 235X5. I'm just about to break the 300lb deadlift barrier and am doing 210 on rows. My press is currently at 145lbs.
