  • Your wasting so much energy no gliding or reach. Head needs to be almost all the way under the water. His hips need to rotate with each stroke. His lower body is all over the place. look and watch the person next to him thats how it should be.

  • It was helpful to see someone that was probably about as bad as me!!! I swam 30:40 for 1500m and was probably b/c I crossed over a ton and looked like a dang worm in the water, but there's hope!!! The video helped a lot thanks!!!

  • your pull is weak, but pretty nice form
