@bearachute That is a Japanese cabinet. Therefore, many of the names of the characters in the game, are different from there, to here what many of us are familiar with.
Vega is Balrog, M.Bison is Vega, & Balrog is M.Bison. Nothing defective about that lol.

@bearachute "In the original Japanese Street Fighter games the boxer is called "M. Bison", the cage fighter from Spain is "Balrog" and the boss is "Vega". M. Bison is a copy of heavyweight boxer Mike Tyson. His full name is Mike Bison.
