Messerschmitt Bf 109 - Full size replica

We started to build a FULL SIZE REPLICA Messerschmitt Bf109 G-6, and we plan on flying it at the end of this year or early next year. This is a composite aircraft, very light and will have a performance very near to the original `109. In the near future we plan on actually manufacturing this concept and selling `109s all over the world!....hope you enjoy this short video.

VERY NICE!! It's so funny to see another guy with the same kind of twisted brain I have!! I was going to build a full scale Bf-109 to sit in my yard, and my interest in that led me to RC planes, where I am now FULLY immersed! I do hope to get back to the Messerschmitt project one of these days, though-

Hello everyone, Iam very sorry for the late reply we have been building and doing a lot of work to get the company running, finally we have it, Messerschmitt Aviation Pty. Ltd. here in Australia. The Me 109 was in service here in Spain till 1969, not with the original BMW engine but with a Rolls, because lack of spares for the BMM. The take off needed full right foot, easy on the rudder a little, full right rudder again, in very fast order...just to keep the plane on line with runway...Lazzlo, if you plan to fly it, watch it. And good luck.
