Vegemite song (ukulele original with special guest appearance)

This is just a fun song. The song itself is just a quick one and is pretty corny, but you've got to see the video in the middle. It's been making me laugh for ages, so I wanted to share it, and seeing I'm three months behind in the Bring The Song Challenge, here is my entry #2.

But here in Australia, we love our vegemite.

It's black and thick and gooey, a healthy tasty spread,
that tastes so good when smeared really lightly on the bread
but if you spread too thickly, you're sure to get a fright.

@iggyUkes I'm sorry! I somehow missed your comment back when you wrote it. It tastes really strong. We (Australians) usually put a really thin scraping on toast, and then it tastes great (well, I think so seeing I was brought up with it). For people who haven't tried it, it's often too strong though, and did you see how much Deach put on his bread! LOL

OMG that is too random - I just saw that guy in your video earlier tonight doing that "touching rendition" of Love Bites. I almost didn't recognize him without the hair. I LOVE VEGEMITE!

It really is - I mean what are the chances of that happening?! Def Leppard and vegemite ... all in one day?! That heart-felt rendition did bring a tear to my eye. Seeing your video sank my heart though...his gorgeous "hair" is a wig?? :(..

BTW, I really enjoyed your playing...and the song! Everyone should write a song about vegemite... =P
