"You get Hoynes" Great line. Because not only does it show at that moment that he doesn't want to run, but that he also knows that Hoynes simply can't lead the free world the way he had, because he doesn't have the faith or the honor.

When I saw this I remember the death of my wife after many months of pain from the cancer. I wanted to blame God for that time of suffering she went through, what loving husband wouldn't, truthfully? It was easier then blameing the sickness or the inability to do nothing but watch and try to comfort as best as I could. Perhaps the mercy was in the comfort I could give in those last months.

How did he NOT win an Emmy??? When he was talking about Josh being his son it just made me remember how much he loved his staff. Amazing show, amazing cast, amazing creator Aaron Sorkin!
