We were camping, when this cop (Doug Sokoloski) pulled into our campsite. We all assumed that we were in trouble, but really he just wanted to shred on the guitar and play the drums a bit. What a nice fella. The man on guitar is Mathieu Babin.

    People are saying that the police should be more like this and I think it's a collaborative effort. The public needs to understand why police officers act so cautious and wary around people when they are in contact with them. Police officers have to be in the mind set that everyone wants and is going to try to kill them because if they aren't thinking that way it will happen. It's hard to hide that and not act like you're thinking of them in that way.

    Well . . depending on the situation, yes. When approaching campers in the woods there really isn't a need for any attitude or bravado. I have dealt with some very off putting cops while camping. Doug, however, was awesome and I wish him the best!
