@sdrea91: to answer your question, both Chango & LilWayne are doing great! Chango is happy & talkative as can be & expanding his vocabulary & loving life with his family (4 American Pit Bull Terriers & a chihuahua). LilWayne we only had him temporary was more like a foster until we were able to find him a good family which we did & he is also happy & healthy!

I have read about the metal poison with them, but I wonder if their cage can harm them too? Since it's metal & he bites on it & what no

Biting on cages/metal that hangs around the area is usually a cause of metal poisoning in pets. I know it's especially rusty metal, though, but I'm certain they can get bits off their cages if they chew on them a lot.
