From what I can tell of those four pubs only Searsons and The Waterloo house remain unless the Clubhouse is the 51 Club which is just off Baggot Street bridge on Haddington Road ?

Gotta brag now. I finished my Belfast Stories book right on PAddy Kavanaghs regular seat in Phoenex Bar in Dundalk just a few weeks ago mate.
The bar lady told me some funny stories about the old poet..
