  • thanks keyboard wizard for your great demonstration of the mopho.

what lexicon settings did you use for the classic square? you made it sound really good.

    I have a lexicon mx300.

    thanks in advance.

  • @italy747 Sorry, I do not make notations of the effects settings that I use. But I usually use the ping pong stereo delay and larger hall reverbs.

  • Hey nice demo. I've been contemplating getting a Mopho for 330 Euros. Can it be used with an external keyboard? That'd probably be cheaper than getting the Mopho keyboard for 650...

  • @Aggmo Yep - an external keyboard (with MIDI) is the only way to play it! :)

  • hi, i am just now starting to "make" my own music..i CAN play piano..but i have a few questions..i make "pop" music..things like Prince,Michael jackson, lady gaga..ect...what are some really good synths to achieve the sounds im looking for..i am NEW to the synth world..so im clueless.

    thanks

  • @flyyourkite95 You should take your questions to the Keys, Synths, and Samplers forum at the Harmony Central website. There is also an electronic music and production forum at the Gearslutz website.

  • Wow, enormously fat analog tone! I have digital synths...but now I know what I am missing, the fat/warm/round character of real analog.

I would like to actually get a Prophet 08 Module and a Mopho...do you think that's a good combination?

  • whoaaaa!!!

  • wow, I wish I could fiddle with the knobs and play a melody both at the same time..

  • @flyyourkite95 maybe a vintage synth like the roland juno-60 or juno-106? you can get them off ebay (used, obviously) for a few hundred pounds (gbp).
