Bob Roll
(no stranger to accolades)
Roll, a 1952 graduate, was quarterback and captain of the first Rosecrans football team. He also captained the Bishops' basketball and baseball teams.
He averaged 18 points per game as Rosecrans finished 17-6 and 16-7 to launch one of the state's most successful basketball programs.
Roll was also a standout pitcher and first baseman.
He graduated with a degree in mechanical engineering from Ohio University and spent 33 years working for Hubbell Industries, where he remains a consultant.
He is a resident of Chardon.
(class president by a landslide)
