Why is everyone giving you all theese hate comments i guarentee you 95 percent of theese people are either scrawny or fat. youre in great shape and people dont realize the type of dedication it takes to keep up this level of fitness. You're an idiot, you don't need to be huge to understand the principles of bodybuilding. Infact u can be huge with a lack of understanding. This guy is doing his thing, don't hate!

@fullyunderstand this was when i was just starting to deadlift, if you read the title i know my form is bad, just 1 rep, i typically go with a weight i can handle for more reps anyway..:)

@intimidator001 I do talk allot, it would be weird to make videos and just stand there and not say anything? I am not the biggest person in the world but what I have done deserves respect, check out my latest picture update video called bodybuilding poser update, that deserves respect. It shouldnt matter if im 220, or 120....support goes a long way and I can see with you it doesnt. Hopefully you can change that, but thanks for watching the video!! keep training hard

I am fully aware you just went for the number there and that you know that your form on this wasn't perfect but you should be careful if you had back injuries. You seem pretty strong so if you just keep working on your DL with lower weight, you'll get to that 455 with perfect form, I have no doubt about that.

@15buzz15 thanks! I typically dont move much weight, in fact the only reason i film these is a little competition with a buddy...haha, i can pull 405 with decent form now, just working on it!
