Sherriff Bostrom is another sucka for GVP politics. First, he doesn't have a clue about the Hmong history in MN. Vang Pao never chose MN for the Hmong, and in fact, Ramsey County was NOT a desirable place for Hmong in those early years of the Hmong refugee resettlement days. Vang Pao himself lived in Missoula, Montana! In fact, VP wanted all Hmong to move to California so we can all farm! Other Hmong Minnesotans knew better. South Minneapolis was actually Hmong's first city in MN.
