Kael'thas Sunstrider soloed by 80 Death Knight in Heroic Magisters' Terrace. Very easy fight. Just use your army of the dead and gargoyle and he will go down before phoenix comes out. If phoenix comes out just let its duration expire into an egg and kill it. I know my rotation in this is horrible as I was just trying to film the video.
this was done before the dk unholy nerf/buff whatever it was. i haven't played since before ulduar patch.
Update to this: I actually started playing again around ICC release. I am also no longer a clicker(lol, haters) and have stopped playing wow since April, 2011

@DoctorL00mis lol clearly not he's just stating that soloing a lvl 70 dungeon is not nealry as hard as soloing a lvl 70 raid boss
