Dream On

Me playing Michael Angelo Batio's version of Aerosmith's Dream On.
Equipment used:
Ibanez Jem 7v (standard tuning)
Gibson Les Paul (dropped-c tuning for rhythm)
Digitech Whammy
PodXT, custom setting
Firepod sound interface
Sonar 6 Producer Edition
Guitar Pro for MIDI drums and bass
I learned it by ear and played all guitar parts
This video is of me recording lead into the backing track I made, that's why the audio is so good. I worked long and hard on finding the perfect tone and articulating all the notes and I'm still amazed how it turned out. I recorded all the guitar parts on the backing track too. I used the drum and bass parts from Aerosmith's original. I hope you like it.
